About us
Frames by Marina is an independent fine art photography business. All photographs, images, and content on this site are original work by Marina unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright.
Products
We sell fine art prints of original travel photography. Each print is made to order by a professional print lab; frames are not included. Because prints are produced individually, slight variations in color and finish compared to your screen are normal and are not considered defects.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency, and payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment and shipping information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Shipping
Prints are shipped worldwide; shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Since each print is made to order, please allow extra time for production before it ships. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns, exchanges, and damages
Because each print is made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us at framesbymarina@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right.
Intellectual property
All photographs and images on this site are the copyrighted work of Marina. Purchasing a print gives you the right to display it for personal use only. Reproducing, scanning, reselling, or otherwise using the images without written permission is not permitted.
Limitation of liability
We aim to describe our products accurately, but we don’t guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or your order.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the last updated date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
