Where the Pyrenees tumble straight into the Mediterranean, and Collioure's pastel harbor has drawn painters for a century. Fishing boats in candy colors, salt lagoons gone rose at dusk, and backstreets scented with oleander. A week along the Vermilion Coast and the Catalan borderlands, chasing light against Canigou's snow.
